Individual Farm KPIs and Economic Indicators for Benchmarking

Dairy farmers lack insight into farm cost and income structures, hindering informed decisions. This project provides an online management platform that calculates production costs, break-even points, and profitability using real-time data. It integrates economic and technical KPIs, enabling farmers to benchmark against similar operations, identify strengths and weaknesses, and improve performance. The tool supports socio-economic resilience across environmental, animal welfare, and societal dimensions. Success requires accurate data, regular updates, and sustained commitment.
