Conversion of organic residues to insect protein for feed and fertilizer

Madebymade converts agricultural organic residues into high-protein insect flour, fat, and organic fertilizer using black soldier flies. The modular, container-based system enables local, scalable production of protein for pet food and livestock feed, supporting circular economy principles. The process reduces waste and greenhouse gas emissions by replacing imported feed. Supported by the BRANCHES project, the technology promotes rural bioeconomy and sustainable agriculture.
