Detail description
The olive cake gasification technology by Bioliza enables efficient energy recovery from dried fatty pomace, achieving over 75% efficiency through thermal energy recovery. It processes 7,500 tonnes annually, producing syngas for thermal or electrical use, biochar for soil enhancement, and a liquid fraction. Suitable for 150 kWe to 5 MWe applications, the modular system supports rural biomass industries with a payback period of 5–7 years and IRR of 10–12%.
