Detaljeret beskrivelse
The LOCCATERRE project, winner of the 2009 call for partnership and innovation, involved 28 partners across eight regional natural park territories in France. Coordinated by the Federation of Regional Natural Parks with technical support from FRCIVAM Brittany, it combined observation and structured experimentation of short food supply chains. A diagnostic method adapted from the SALT (Territorialized Food System) approach was formalized to mobilize and engage local food actors. Each park established a territorial monitoring committee and collaborated with agricultural research and development bodies to pioneer local food governance. Pilot territories trialed the relocalization of the food economy, producing project trajectories that highlight genesis, challenges, and strengths, and culminating in a guide and final seminar to facilitate knowledge exchange.
