Overlastsituaties bij bedrijven: de oplossing dichterbij door een focus op beleving van gezondheid en hinder
Omwonenden ondervinden in veel situaties overlast van bedrijven in de vorm van stank, geluid of verkeer. Door te focussen op de persoonlijke beleving van gezondheid en hinder, aanvullend op harde data, haalt het Louis Bolk Instituut andere informatie naar boven. Dat blijkt de sleutel te zijn voor een open dialoog tussen bewoners, bedrijven en gemeente. De integrale en participatieve werkmethode en de webapplicatie leiden tot nieuwe inzichten en oplossingsrichtingen. De methode is toepasbaar bij een breed scala aan hindersituaties.
