Podrobný popis

This paper addresses the challenge of understanding how organic farming know-how is passed on in real work contexts. First, it identifies and analyzes emblematic vocational situations faced by organic farmers, highlighting critical points for mastering these practices. Second, it explores the social spaces and mechanisms—such as apprenticeship schemes, test farms, and institutional support—where transmission occurs. By combining these two perspectives, the study reveals the importance of structured transfer devices and the personal engagement of both trainers and learners in shaping the effectiveness of learning processes in organic agriculture.
