PhycoFarming – Qualität statt Masse als Vermarktungsvorteil der niedersächsischen Mikroalgenproduktion
Das Praxisblatt zeigt, wie die Schaffung einer neuen Wertschöpfungskette die Mikroalgenproduktion langfristig wettbewerbsfähig machen und die Marktpotenziale der Alge vor allem für Landwirte erschließen kann. Das Vorhaben konzentriert sich darauf, produzierte Arthrospira-(Spirulina-)Frischmasse direkt am Produktionsstandort zu einem Phycocyanin-Extrakt weiterzuverarbeiten.
