Practice Abstract: Enhancing the consumer base of small-scale farmers
Consumers are disconnected from the production of their food, and small-scale farmers lack sales channels that are generally accessible. GRØNT MARKED allows consumers to engage directly with small-scale farmers and facilitates the exchange of knowledge between producers and consumers.
