Ode aan de os
Boerin Suzanne Ruesink uit Aalten, heeft samen met chef-kok Nel Schellekens een uniek concept bedacht: ‘Ode aan de Os’. Het concept richt zich op het verwaarden van stierkalveren die worden geboren op melkveebedrijven. In deze video vertellen de initiatiefnemers hoe de os meer waarde creëert in de Achterhoek. De video is gelanceerd tijdens het Agro Innovatie Event op 9 december 2020.
