El presente informe constituye la primera parte del “diagnóstico de sostenibilidad en dos ecocomedores”: CEIP La Luz Y CEIP Castro Fariña, ubicados en Tenerife, correspondiente a dos de las acciones del proyecto GOSA. La pandemia del COVID19 ha afectado al calendario de diagnósticos de los centros escolares, y es por ello que este informe se ha tenido que dividir en dos entregas. Este primer informe incluye el diagnóstico de uno de los centros escolares, CEIP La luz y la formación del equipo de Ecocoemedores.
