Spatio-temporal dynamic models of Xf and CaLSol under natural field conditions
The project “Pest Organisms Threatening Europe - POnTE” (Research and Innovation Action H2020; Grant Agreement Number: 635646) focuses on minimizing the risk of the introduction/impact of emerging pests threatening EU agriculture and forestry and elucidating the role of known and/or newly characterized pest(s) and harmful organisms associated with emerging diseases affecting relevant crops and forests. To this end, this deliverable focuses on obtaining new knowledge on the spatio-temporal dynamics and dispersal of both vector-borne pathogens Xylella fastidosa and Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum CaLsol. This knowledge is critical for our understanding of plague epidemiology and predictions of changing disease risk
