    Se pretende la creación de un observatorio de los datos. Asociados al sector para la mejora de la transparencia y trazabilidad del producto y mercado asociado y que suponga un sistema de soporte a la decisión. Este objetivo busca integrar una red de asesores expertos en movilización del recurso resinero que recaben la información disponible sobre el sector, con el objeto de ponerla a disposición de gestores, propietarios forestales y trabajadores resineros. Al mismo tiempo, la constitución de esta red de expertos junto con los datos recopilados permite la difusión, formación y asesoramiento cualificado en materia de gestión y aprovechamiento resinero, una estrategia y sistema de apoyo a la cooperación científico-técnica, experimentación y transferencia de conocimiento para el sector resinero español que permita la mejor la movilización rentable del recurso. La falta de trasparencia en el mercado de los productos forestales no maderables y en concreto, la resina, es una de las limitaciones de este aprovechamiento y ha sido diagnosticada en numerosas ocasiones. El Observatorio de datos del sector resinero se concreta en dos resultados:

    BIOEAST Initiative, the CEE countries’ Initiative for Knowledge-based Agriculture, Aquaculture and Forestry in the Bioeconomy, was established in 2016 to provide a political platform for the CEE countries to strengthen research and innovation cooperation and to enhance participation in the shaping of the European Research Area’s (ERA) policy and framework programme. The BIOEAST Initiative was founded by the Ministers of Agriculture of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovenia. The BIOEAST Initiative represents the common political commitment and shared strategic research and innovation framework for working towards sustainable and circular bioeconomies in the CEE countries.
