Points of view, expectations of actors and consumers about intrinsic quality of milk/dairy products, beef and chicken meat

The report depicts results based on face-to-face interviews with farmers, consumers and foodchain actors in the beef, dairy and poultry sector. They were asked to help the project chose relevant farming systems representing the diversity of production in Europe, prioritise quality traits and express interests in analytical tools for quality checks.
