State of play on lighting in buildings
In a livestock building, effective lighting ensures good working conditions and safety for farmers and workers. It is also essential for animal welfare and the expression of their natural behaviors. Proper lighting helps keep animals stress-free, making it easier to manage and care for them both collectively and individually. This, in turn, contributes to the herd's technical performance.
