Fraud in the Iberian pig sector is high despite the traceability systems implemented by the producing companies. In this sense, the objective of the Project is to develop a solid and robust platform that ensures a complete traceability of the ham and the 100% Iberian pork shoulder through a Blockchain System that encompasses the main producers of 100% Iberian pork in Spain.
