Enhancing Food Availability via Collaborative Short Supply Chains

Enabling direct farmer-to-consumer supply through integrated delivery channels and collaborative networks

or

Detail description

This project establishes a collaborative network of farmers and producers to increase agricultural food availability through Short Food Supply Chains. It introduces a novel, locally untested model offering diverse food products via farm shops, online platforms, and purchasing groups. Three delivery channels are tested simultaneously to identify the most effective distribution method. The system serves as a replicable model for other producers, promoting self-financing, trust-based consumer-producer relationships, and local economic development. Supported by the European Union and EU-FarmBook, the initiative strengthens market resilience and sustainability in small-scale food systems.
