This project aims to significantly increase the sales of agricultural products directly to consumers by implementing various strategies. The group currently serves 8 consumers and aims to increase this number to 80 per month. They also plan to expand their product range from 11 to 16 items. To support this growth, the group will acquire equipment for production and processing. A key aspect of their plan is to establish a cohesive external communication strategy centered around a common logo to be used across various platforms. Emphasizing locality, quality, and environmental sustainability, they will provide detailed information on product composition and production techniques. Sales will target consumers nationwide, using dedicated courier services and local delivery in specific regions. While some products will be seasonal, the diverse range offered will cater to varied consumer preferences.
