Survey on homologous supply chains in Veneto. For a participatory system of production and marketing of products obtained from the dynamic management of cereal varieties and populations

The survey was carried out to identify and provide an initial territorial framework on the presence of homologous Veneto cereal supply chains, useful for the construction, implementation and consolidation of innovative Veneto cereal supply chains for a participatory system of production and marketing of products obtained from the dynamic management of cereal varieties and populations. L’indagine è stata svolta per individuare e fornire un primo inquadramento territoriale sulla presenza di omologhe filiere cerealicole venete, utile per la costruzione, l’implementazione e il consolidamento di filiere cerealicole innovative venete per un sistema partecipato di produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti ottenuti dalla gestione dinamica di varietà e popolazioni di cereali.
