Organic plant and soil cultivation

A practice of organic farming and soil management that focuses on avoiding mineral nitrogen fertilisers, implementing crop rotation, and utilising fallow land and grasslands. This results in a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of 0.4–3.7 t CO₂ eq./ha/year. Application is limited to certified farms, with a reduction potential of up to approximately 50,000 farms. It requires an investment of PLN 1,700/ha, which may result in a yield reduction of approximately 25%.
