La acción «Mercados de cercanía: Lonja de trufa negra de Abejar» se enmarca en los resultados del proyecto. Desarrollo de mercados pilotos, como ejemplo para su establecimiento en otras zonas productoras de trufa negra, contribuyendo a la comercialización de proximidad que tiene por objetivo dotar el sector primario de una metodología sencilla en la que se incorporen los criterios mínimos de calidad para su participación y los mecanismos de control y cumplimiento de los mismos, para conseguir la autonomía de los productores en su desarrollo y favorecer la expansión de mercados de trufa negra fresca en las zonas rurales productoras.
