Development of a bio-preparation based on plant extracts to protect seed potatoes against plant pathogens

In order to produce a healthy, organic product – seed potatoes free from pathogens – it is necessary to develop both a method for preparing the potatoes to eliminate plant pathogens, as well as appropriate storage conditions to maintain the high quality of seed potatoes that have previously been treated with organic biopreparations based on microbiological products and plant extracts. The development of microbial and plant-based biopreparations, the determination of their dosage and methods of application requires the development of preparations specifically designed for particular pathogenic microorganisms.
