Avocado by-products show potential for use in animal feed, nutraceuticals, and cosmeceuticals. This report details the AGUACAVALE project, funded with €573,621.15 under the EIP-AGRI programme (2018 call), operating from July 2018 to July 2020 in Andalusia and Madrid. Led by Frumaco S.L. and CIDAF, the project explores nutritional, bioactive, and antioxidant properties of avocado waste. Key partners include Natac Biotech, Grupo Empresarial La Caña, and EEZ-CSIC.
