Soybean disease detection is vital for crop productivity. Traditional visual inspection is slow and inaccurate. This study presents a computer vision method using image local descriptors and Bag of Visual Words, achieving over 98% accuracy and processing images in 0.1 seconds on average, enabling early and automated disease recognition in soybean crops.
