Detail description

The AgriLink project explored the role of different knowledge types—scientific, practical, and locally derived—in agricultural advisory systems across Europe. It examined power dynamics in knowledge validation, dissemination, and application among farmers, advisors, researchers, and policymakers. The project highlighted the importance of integrating science-based knowledge with farmers’ on-the-ground experience to co-create effective, context-specific solutions for sustainable agriculture. Findings support improved advisory models that value diverse knowledge forms and enhance innovation adoption.
