Consumer evaluation of Normande cow meat
This document, produced as part of the VALNOR project, summarizes the results of consumer participatory meetings focused on the extrinsic qualities of Normande cow meat, as well as the findings from sensory surveys conducted with consumers on meat from this same breed.
