Export of beef, in conditions of refrigeration from Catalunya to distant markets, is an activity that generates strong interest from the sector because it allows to increase market volumes and to obtain better commercial margins. Customers in some of the countries of greatest interest, demand the commercial life of refrigerated packaged meat to be at least 84 days.
