Die Broschüre zeigt, das Konzept der „Lernfabrik” (ursprünglich aus dem Maschinenbau), um Arbeitsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Aufbauend auf diesen Erkenntnissen bilden in diesem Projekt schweinehaltende Landwirte, Berater, Veterinäre und Wissenschaftler ein Lern-Netzwerk.
