Ficha Mejora de los productos lipídicos finales (grasas), obtenidos a partir de subproductos animales, para su suministro al sector ganadero de proximidad

El proyecto se ha basado en modificar y mejorar el formato de las grasas obtenidas a partir de SANDACH, hasta alcanzar consistencias sólidas o semi-sólidas, a escala de laboratorio y en planta piloto, obteniendo un nuevo producto que se pueda suministrar directamente al pequeño ganadero, para que fabrique sus propios piensos compuestos a pequeña escala, utilizándolos como aportación calórica y mejorando la trazabilidad de la alimentación animal.
